Engineer III, ServiceNow

Concentra is seeking an Engineer III, ServiceNow to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, business process analysis, and workflow automation. The role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, business process analysis, and workflow automation
• Certification(s) in Business Analysis, Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior teamwork skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities
• Superb time management and organizational skills
• Intensive attention to detail
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills
• Experience with at least one of JavaScript, Java, or C#
