The ServiceNow Workflow Developer - Associate will be responsible for developing and integrating business solutions leveraging ServiceNow Platform in a unified approach to cutting-edge systems and processes. Requirements
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation
- Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications
- Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in ServiceNow
