The Enterprise Account Executive will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model, developing relationships with C-suite personas and overseeing client relationship mapping. They will be a trusted advisor to customers, identifying specialist/support resources to bring into deals and advising on how ServiceNow can help with their IT roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
  • Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
