ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue in a specific territory. This role focuses on building relationships with non-profit clients, achieving sales quotas, and providing excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will leverage the ServiceNow platform and innovative AI-enhanced technology to empower non-profit organizations and reinvest a portion of profits into community growth.

Requirements

  • Current location in Metro areas of DC, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, or NYC, NY
  • 5+ years working as an Account Executive (or equivalent role) within the software industry
  • Experience selling into and working with Non-Profit organizations
  • Experience selling to and with Non-Profit organizations
  • Experience selling Customer Experience, Customer Service and/or IT Service Management solutions preferred

Requirements Summary

5+ years of account exec experience in software. Nonprofit sector experience preferred. Strong communication and project management skills are a plus
