ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from software licenses, focusing on the global non-profit community. This role involves building relationships with clients, achieving sales quotas, and expanding ServiceNow's brand awareness. The position is critical to ServiceNow's mission of improving how people work.

Requirements

  • Current location in Metro areas of DC, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, or NYC, NY
  • Experience within the nonprofit space is preferred
  • Experience selling into and working with Non-Profit organizations
  • Experience and success selling Customer Experience, Customer Service and/or IT Service Management solutions preferred
  • 5+ years working as an Account Executive (or equivalent role) within the software industry
  • Ability to build strong, internal cross-functional relationships
  • Instant customer credibility

Requirements Summary

5+ years software sales exp, nonprofit experience a plus. Strong communication, project management skills and proven success selling customer experience solutions needed
