We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Advisor - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack to join our team in Noida, India. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of managing endpoint tools.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing endpoint tools - Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack
- Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools - JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
- Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
