The Enterprise Business Services Analyst II provides operational, product, and technology support for Enterprise departments, systems, and applications, striving to maximize efficiency through technology partnership with assigned departments.
Requirements
- Leads and directs projects for assigned departments
- Maintains agreed service level agreements with the enterprise and vendors
- Maintains knowledge of system capabilities and their application to the specific needs of our enterprise
- Monitors system enhancements and new products and how they apply to our enterprise
- Creates and fosters collaborative relationships within the IT team
- Recommends changes to products and processes to improve the manner in which we conduct business
- Manages systems software revisions, patching, and overall health
