Brainsquare is seeking an Enterprise Integration (EI) Support Engineer with strong IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ knowledge to provide L2/L3 support, monitoring, and continuous improvement within a complex integration ecosystem. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues, as well as collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to maintain interface health and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in enterprise integration or middleware support
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ
  • Good understanding of message flow architecture, ESQL, and integration node administration
  • Knowledge of SOAP, REST, JDBC, XML, JSON, and HTTP/S protocols
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and deployment automation
  • Experience with ticket handling and incident management (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
