Enterprise Integration (EI) Support Engineer - SAP

Brainsquare is expanding its offshore support capacity within a dynamic international environment supporting complex enterprise integration landscapes. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Integration (EI) Support Engineer with strong SAP BTP and/or SAP Process Orchestration knowledge to provide L2/L3 support, monitoring and continuous improvement within a complex integration ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in integration support or middleware administration
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and/or SAP Process Orchestration
• Solid understanding of integration protocols
• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Familiarity with transport management, CTS+ and version control processes
• Experience with ticket handling and incident management workflows
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
