Requirements
- 3+ years IT experience
- 2+ years managing endpoint tools (Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, SysTrack)
- ITIL foundation certifications
- Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience of working on ITSM – ServiceNow, Remedy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
