We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on HR Service Delivery, Employee Experience, and modernizing HR portals. The role involves migrating legacy systems, automating processes, and enhancing employee engagement through intelligent workflows and custom configurations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years of experience in Solution Architect role
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Flow Designer, and Now Assist
- Proven expertise in portal development, widget customization, and taxonomy design
- Deep understanding of ACLs, email templates, and case management in HR context
- Experience in data migration, content structuring, and knowledge management
