We are seeking an experienced ESaaS - MSD -Functional - D365 CE Functional Associate with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX support, good understanding of X++ coding, SQL Server, and integrations, and strong communication skills to interact with business and IT teams in Europe.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX support
- Hands-on experience in AX modules such as Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or Retail
- Good understanding of X++ coding, SQL Server, and integrations
- Experience in resolving performance issues, debugging errors, and handling AX workflows
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Strong communication skills to interact with business and IT teams in Europe
- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments (ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
