ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect for their US Public Sector business, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Workflow. This pre-sales role involves guiding customers through complex challenges, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will be a technical pre-sales solution consultant, capable of demonstrating the value of the ServiceNow platform and solving the public sector's most pressing technical challenges.
Requirements
- Oversee the design of AI-native systems
- Interact with customers and prospects to understand business needs
- Create and own programs to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform in Federal environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS & Azure Gov Cloud architectures
- Deep understanding of customer technical pain points
- Working knowledge of 3-tier application architecture
- Experience with Web Services, JDBC, XML, JSON, and other Integration practices within the ServiceNow platform
