Requirements
- Currently studying: Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related areas;
- Availability to intern 6 hours a day (preferably from 8am to 3pm);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, basic ITSM, and reading JSON/CSV;
- Good written communication for updating tickets and documentation;
- Differential: JavaScript, Python, REST API consumption (Postman), Git, SSO/SAML/OAuth/SCIM; Fluent English.
