Test Analyst for Cambridge Associates LLC

We are looking for a professional with experience in automated testing on the ServiceNow platform, especially in the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module. The person will work on client onboarding projects, document digitalization, and user experience improvement, collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Advanced English (B2 or higher)
• Proven experience with ServiceNow, preferably in the FSO module
• Domain of the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Knowledge in functional, integration, and regression testing
• Ability to analyze logs and identify failures
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, etc.)
• ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – FSO certifications
• Basic knowledge in JavaScript and Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automated testing of APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Good technical documentation and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
