As a Software Test Manager at PwC, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. You will also perform functional and regression testing on ServiceNow modules and workflows, and collaborate with ServiceNow developers and stakeholders to validate business requirements.
Requirements
- 7–13 years of software testing experience with a focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configurations
- Experience with REST API testing and data validation in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/TestRail
