This ETL L2 Support position requires experience in Informatica/Python/AWS Technologies and applications. The role involves providing production support, assessing and recommending solutions for application stability, and resolving incidents. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of production support experience on Informatica/Python/AWS Technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Informatica architecture and its components
  • Hands-on experience in debugging Informatica ETL Mapping
  • Experience in ETL transformation such as lookup/joiners/source qualifier/normalizer
  • Experience with various file types, databases, and environments.
  • Experience in AWS environment and Data Pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and oracle Databases
  • Debugging complex queries and experienced with scheduling tools
  • 2+ years ServiceNow for incident management

Requirements Summary

3-5 yrs of support experience. Must know Informatica/AWS, ETL transformation, and SQL. ServiceNow experience is a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills required
