As part of the Site Technology Servicing team, the EUC L2 provides onsite IT technical support, technical guidance, and project support to the site. The engineer should have 4+ years of experience in IT support, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
