ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer at TE Connectivity, you will design, implement, and deploy solutions using state-of-the-art, agile software engineering methods. You will collaborate with an international, remote working team to support the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, and have experience in a broad range of technologies like Web Services and IT in general.

Requirements

• 10 years of IT experience with 3-5 years of experience as a key technical resource executing on design and development on the ServiceNow Platform
• In-depth understanding of and experience working with Enterprise Service Management processes
• In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytic
• Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
• Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Webservices
• Strong knowledge on Single Sign On, LDAP, Mid Server and automations using Integration Hub
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - high standard of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task across project/initiatives and deliver according to time commitments
