We are seeking an EUC L2 to provide onsite IT technical support, coordinate external vendors, and manage IT projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT support and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
