Ornua is seeking an IT ServiceNow Analyst to build and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM platform post-implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow implementation and platform updates, a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, and a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities, including ITOM, ITBM, HR, or CSM modules
- Extensive knowledge of ITSM processes, such as Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Request Management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to tackle complex issues
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient project management and delivery
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in data analysis and requirements gathering
- ServiceNow CSA certification is required, demonstrating proficiency and expertise in the platform
- A robust understanding of ITIL principles and practices is essential, such as ITIL V4 High Velocity, Create, Deliver & Support, or ITIL V3 Service Transition or Service Operation equivalents
