EUDR Solution Owner

The EUDR Solution Owner is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT solution supporting EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field or the equivalent work experience
• ~10 years of experience
• Fluency in English
• Experience with ITIL or similar service management methodologies
• Development of Power Automate Flows
• AWS DEVOPs and ServiceNow knowledge
• Development of APIs and Integrations to other systems
• AWS DEVOPs and ServiceNow experience
• Web Apps & Power BI experience is an advantage
• Proven experience in IT service or solution ownership, ideally in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of regulations and compliance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in working multiple full life cycle projects
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
• Self-motivation with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
