Provide service and support to the ServiceNow Team, collect feedback from requestors, and process order confirmations. Collaborate with Purchasing Specialists and provide helpdesk service to internal customers.
Requirements
- Pursuing studies for bachelor or master degree
- Fluent Polish and English at business level min. B2 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of German language an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a team and international environment
- Customer orientation and very good organizational skills
- Quick learner and solution seeker
