Visa is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Onboarding Experience Lead to own the delivery of onboarding in their region. The successful candidate will ensure new hires receive a warm welcome and enjoy a seamless transition into Visa. The role will involve delivering live onboarding sessions, partnering with Employee Experience and Visa University teams, and managing volunteers to create office orientations.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP & Index Match)
- Self-Starter with a customer-focused mindset
- Attention to Detail with the ability to execute all aspects of the onboarding process flawlessly
- Strong Collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and time zones
- Time Management with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to change priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
