Event Specialist Medical Education & Internal Events job description: Work with Events Team sharing the organisation of the year’s educational course planning, partner with MedEd training team, oversee event preparation and planning, manage communications, collaborate with compliance team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and capable of tracking progress of multiple events simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Previous experience in event organisation, event hosting, and international context
- Experience in B2B event marketing and engagement with healthcare professionals
- Experience in using online events tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cvent)
- Experience using online CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Willingness and availability to travel for in-person events
