Reckitt is seeking an Executive HR Operations Analyst to join their Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Kual, MY. This role focuses on data-driven HR processes and provides insights to drive informed decision-making, impacting the workforce and business performance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel (vlookup, nested ifs, string, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of HR systems (ServiceNow, SuccessFactor, HRIS)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills
