We are looking for an onboarding engineer who is experienced, technically skilled professional who can provide technical expertise across Logicalis's tooling, onboard new clients, govern their ticket queue and hygiene, and run and participate in small projects onboarding new customers.
Requirements
- A technology all-rounder with at least three years of experience in either Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.
- At least three years of experience using ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.
- Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and prioritise work.
- Confident in speaking and presenting to customers and clients.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail.
- Have a passion and desire to develop and share knowledge.
- Illustrate an understanding of broader business goals and objectives.
