Manage and administer security solutions, including Netskope and Zscaler platforms, and handle day-to-day operational issues related to Secure Web Gateway services.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and Data Center architectures
- Proficient in core network services such as DHCP, NTP, ARP, NAT, Policy based routing and ACLs
- Proficient in the use of network analysis tools such as Wireshark, fiddler, tcping etc.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality of Service (QoS) configurations
- Experienced in using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, with good understanding of Change Management and Problem Management processes
- Understanding of SolarWinds monitoring platform
