This role is for a ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant. The candidate must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of technical solutions to support the IT department's needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing modules within ServiceNow Platform, supporting ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and administering the system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
- Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Excellent Communication Skills
