The ServiceNow Executive Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs. Ideal candidates will possess good design knowledge, be proactive in finding new solutions, and be adaptable to changing environments. They will be involved in the development of ITSM modules, configuring the platform, and supporting business owners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Excellent attention to details and multitasking skills
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
- Knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good design knowledge
Requirements Summary
2+ years ServiceNow experience, good design knowledge, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of ITSM frameworks. Prior ITSM & ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
