This executive role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, requiring candidates with prior experience in ServiceNow implementation only (not managed services). The role involves collaborating with the ServiceNow implementation team, participating in Agile ceremonies, and contributing to technical solutions, scripts, and integrations. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (not managed services).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.).
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
  • Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements Summary

2+ years ServiceNow implementation experience. ServiceNow knowledge (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). Strong scripting/technical skills and ITIL knowledge
