Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (not managed services).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
