This role involves developing technical solutions on ServiceNow to meet the IT department's needs and expand the ITSM framework. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and possess strong knowledge of web development languages, specifically JavaScript and Ajax. Experience with ITSM Frameworks and ITIL is a plus.
