This is a full-time position for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant focused on ServiceNow implementation projects. Candidates should have prior ServiceNow experience (not managed services) and 2+ years of hands-on experience. Strong scripting and scripting skills, and understanding of ITIL are key. Collaboration and Agile methodologies are also essential.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
