NTT DATA is seeking an Executive Support Technician to join their team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support and maintenance for executive-level equipment and systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components, as well as delivering exceptional customer service to executive clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop, deskside, and/or hardware support in a corporate environment
  • Experience with device imaging and configuration
  • Knowledge/experience of Apple operating systems required
  • Proficiency in Windows operating system environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • A+ desktop certification is highly preferred
  • Associates/BSIT, ITIL, MCP, MCDST, Network+ & Server+ certifications are a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • Understanding inventory management and device disposal
  • Knowledge of network connectivity and desktop operating system administration
  • Strong client service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage escalated executive situations with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Excellent understanding of internal service processes and ability to articulate these to executives
  • Strong technical and product knowledge, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to physically fulfil general office requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
