Experienced Product Specialist -Enterprise Cloud Concierge

Join Boeing India Engineering & Technology Centre (BIETC) Team as an Experienced Product Specialist - Enterprise Cloud Concierge. You will be responsible for ensuring established Consult Intake process is followed with all projects seeking engagement with Enterprise Cloud. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record to work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Requirements

• Ability to develop new and innovative improvements using ServiceNow (GSEP)
• Ability to design and communicate technical/sophisticated information, concepts, and decision points, both verbally and in writing.
• Working exposure with Agile (Scrum & SAFe) is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfort working in sophisticated and large-scale environments
• Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks
• Experience with Reporting and Analytics
