Expert - Service Automation

Alstom is seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Owner to lead automation and AI initiatives across IT Operations. This role focuses on automating incident reduction and service request fulfillment using Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow Automation, as well as the ServiceNow Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation workflows and a proven ability to deliver successful solutions in large-scale environments.
