This role involves designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping (highly preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Fluent in English and preferably French
