This role involves designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping (highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English and preferably French

Requirements Summary
