ServiceNow is seeking an experienced individual with an employee relations or investigative background to join their Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team. The role will be responsible for conducting complex global workplace investigations and partnering with the Global Employment Law and Employee Relations teams.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- General knowledge of and experience working in Australian employment law/employment practices is mandatory.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Effectively able to communicate with key stakeholders.
