ServiceNow is seeking an experienced individual to join their Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team as a Workplace Investigation Partner. The role will involve conducting complex global workplace investigations and promoting the highest ethical business standards.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Promote the highest ethical business standards at the organization, in line with ServiceNow’s culture of compliance and zero tolerance for unlawful behavior.
• General knowledge of and experience working in Australian employment law/employment practices is mandatory.
