The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to assist in the coverage of multiple locations, manage vehicle operations, and serve as a backup to mailroom staff. This role involves scheduling, safety checks, vehicle maintenance, and report generation.

Requirements

  • Assist Facilities in covering multiple locations with tracking requests in the ServiceNow Portal system.
  • Backup to mailroom staff and perform mail delivery.
  • Schedule requests for vehicle usage using the Service Now system.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections.
  • Schedule Defensive Driving courses for staff.
  • Submit to DOT’s ePermits systems and record all vehicle information.
