The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to assist in the coverage of multiple locations, manage vehicle operations, and serve as a backup to mailroom staff. This role involves scheduling, safety checks, vehicle maintenance, and report generation.
Requirements
- Assist Facilities in covering multiple locations with tracking requests in the ServiceNow Portal system.
- Backup to mailroom staff and perform mail delivery.
- Schedule requests for vehicle usage using the Service Now system.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Schedule Defensive Driving courses for staff.
- Submit to DOT’s ePermits systems and record all vehicle information.

Requirements Summary
