BCMC is seeking a ServiceNow Requirements/Test Engineer to support an Agile ServiceNow program for DoD customers. The role involves leading sessions to define requirements, producing Agile stories, managing user stories, and supporting the Scrum Master. The position requires a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance. Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework is highly desired.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile development environment
- Security+ or equivalent Certification
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Experience with ServiceNow / Rest API integration
- Experience with user story development and management
- Experience with ServiceNow test management
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Client-facing experience
