Field CTO, Sr Enterprise Architect - Healthcare Payer

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects with Healthcare Payer industry experience to join their Team, which focuses on developing trust with technical leaders and building credibility with customers. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for creating and communicating high-level architectures, acting as a technical leader, and collaborating with customers to understand their needs. This role focuses on creating and delivering solutions to complex problems, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

• Leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Drive for results using out-of-the-box innovative thinking.
• Understand the business strategy of the customer.
• Understand the detail behind the ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services environment.
• Experience with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum, etc.
