Field Service Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the training and employment of SCITES 2 contract Field Service Technicians operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations while improving processes and technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Active secret level clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in IT Systems and Networks Maintenance and repair
  • DoD 8140 Intermediate or Equivalent Industry Certification (SEC+) CCNA, CASP, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
