We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing deskside support, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting various devices and peripherals at our client locations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- Good standing security clearance (L1/L2/L3) or previous CGP clearance
- Experience in deskside support and device maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with end users
- Strong communication and organizational skills
