Provide IT field support, including troubleshooting and fixing hardware, software, and operating system issues, as well as installation and configuration of business software and applications. Assist with onsite activities and take ownership of incidents and service requests.

Requirements

  • Native or English communication skill
  • Experience in Onsite support
  • Knowledge and experience on Windows 10 OS
  • Good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.),
