The Field Technician will provide support to users in first-level calls for hardware and software, install and configure various types of hardware, and maintain computers and laptops.
Requirements
- High School Diploma – Mandatory
- Intermediate English
- Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Intermediate knowledge of Networks.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Internet (connection, navigation, intranet, internet, proxy configuration, etc.).
- Knowledge of desktop and printer installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of software installation and configuration.
- Ability to organize and methodize.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Experience in handling calls;
- Experience in equipment rollout;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
