We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Functional Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze business requirements, and create clear and concise documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow Service Catalog
- End User Testing
- ITIL Certification
- Critical Thinking and problem solving
- Task oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently
- Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Kanban methodologies
- Ability to create clear and effective visual diagrams using tools like Visio or draw.io
