The Fixed Income Rates eTrading production support team provides direct support to a diverse set of trading desks under the “Rates” banner. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of our suite of core Rates (G10 and Local Markets) applications, working through problems, and dealing with user issues.
Requirements
- Direct Front Office Support Experience: 3+ years of proven experience providing technical support directly to Front Office within a financial institution.
- Financial Product Expertise: Hands-on experience with financial products, with a strong preference for Fixed Income/Rates.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on technical experience, (Linux environment preferred), including system administration, bash scripting, relational databases.
- Production Support: Know procedures around incident handling, including identification, triage, escalation, communication, troubleshooting, resolution, post-incident review and prevention.
