Fixed Income Rates Applications Support Sr Analyst - AVP/C12 - NEW YORK

The Fixed Income Rates production management group provides direct support to a diverse set of trading desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for production management of our suite of core Rates (G10 and Local Markets) applications, working through problems, and dealing with user issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Application Support, Production Management, or related role
• Experience tracking issues through tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
• Experience with UNIX (AIX/Linux), databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), scripting languages (Python, Shell), ITRS Geneos, Appdynamics, ELK/Splunk, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholder
• Ability to engage a large audience and lead the discussion with clear, articulate, and highly assertive communication
• Experience in Fixed income business knowledge/understanding is preferred
• Experience in supporting Sales and Trading, Risk and Trade Management Platforms or similar systems
• Knowledge/experience of incident, Change and problem Management procedures
• Experience with Dashboard/reporting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Tableau are nice to have
• Previous experience of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
