Forward Deployed AI Engineer- IFS The Loops

IFS is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work with enterprise customers, delivering custom AI solutions for real-world problems. The role involves designing, deploying, and collaborating with teams to integrate the company's AI platform into customer systems, troubleshoot issues, and iterate rapidly. This is a fast-paced role within a global team focused on driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment role
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Familiarity with building LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong interpersonal skills
